Outdoors, enjoy the fire pit (firewood not included), a propane grill, and private dock access. Indoors, unwind with two 55” and two 60” smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, a propane fireplace, and central AC & heat for comfort in every season. For added convenience and accessibility, one bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the lower level. The kitchen is equipped with basic seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.), plus a formal dining table and casual island bar seating. Additional sleeping space includes 2 queen sofa beds and 2 futons. ☀️ In the summer months, optional community amenities (beach, outdoor pool, basketball) are available for a small daily fee.
